Bull Arts — Terms of Use

Effective date: October 28, 2025 • For paid apps, in-app purchases, and auto-renew subscriptions

These Terms explain how you may use Bull Arts games and apps. By downloading, installing, or using our paid apps, buying in-app items, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

1. Who we are

Bull Arts creates digital games and apps, and distributes them on mobile and desktop platforms. If you need support, contact us at bullarts2@gmail.com.

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store or platform you used to download the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our apps except where local law expressly allows it.

3. Paid apps and in-app purchases

Some Bull Arts apps are paid, and some offer in-app purchases (IAPs) such as virtual items, content, or features. Purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

  • All payments are handled by the app store or payment processor you use. We do not store your payment details.
  • Items you buy may be consumable or non-consumable. Consumables can be used and exhausted. Non-consumables remain available to your account or device.
  • We may change the availability, price, or content of IAPs. If a paid item is removed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

4. Auto-renewing subscriptions

Where offered, subscriptions automatically renew at the interval you choose (for example, monthly or yearly) until you cancel. When you subscribe you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

  • Renewals occur at the end of each subscription period and are billed through the app store or payment provider. To avoid charges, cancel before the renewal date.
  • To manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription, use your platform's subscription management controls (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions page) or contact us at bullarts2@gmail.com. We cannot cancel subscriptions for you in some cases because the platform handles billing.
  • We may offer free trials. If you do not cancel during the trial, you will be charged when the subscription period begins.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store or payment processor that handled the purchase. If you need help, contact the store first. If the store cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will help where reasonable.

6. Account and children

You are responsible for your account and for keeping passwords secure. If you are under the minimum age required by your region or by the platform, do not create an account or purchase without parental consent. Parents are responsible for purchases made by children using their accounts or devices.

7. User conduct

Use our apps lawfully. Do not interfere with our services, attempt to cheat, or use hacks, bots, or other tools that alter gameplay or gain unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these rules.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code in our apps are owned or licensed by Bull Arts. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission. If you think content in our apps infringes your rights, follow the copyright complaint process of the platform and copy us at bullarts2@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is." We try to make them reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for loss of data or device damage related to use of our apps.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bull Arts and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to Bull Arts for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bull Arts against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of our apps, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. For privacy questions, contact bullarts2@gmail.com.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Bull Arts is incorporated, except where local platform rules or mandatory local law require otherwise. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it informally. If that fails, the dispute may proceed in the appropriate court.
