In-App Purchases & Recurring Subscriptions Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any game published by My Storm Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions regarding purchases made inside our games, including one-time in-app purchases and paid weekly or monthly recurring subscriptions.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not make a purchase and stop using the paid features. If you are agreeing on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

2. Definitions

"Game" means any application, service, or software published by My Storm Studio.

"In-app purchase" means a one-time digital purchase made inside a Game, such as virtual currency, items, cosmetics, or level access.

"Subscription" means a paid recurring product that charges on a weekly or monthly cadence and grants access to recurring benefits, content, or features.

"Platform Provider" refers to the store where the Game is distributed, for example Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

"You" and "User" refer to the person using the Game and purchasing items.

3. Platform Payment Processing

All payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Platform Provider you use to download or access the Game. Your purchase will be charged to the payment method associated with your Platform Provider account, and your transaction is subject to the Platform Provider's payment terms, terms of sale, and privacy policy.

We do not directly process credit card payments within the Game, except where expressly stated and only if a payment method is offered by us in regions where Platform Providers permit direct billing.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices for in-app purchases and subscriptions are displayed in your local currency prior to purchase, if supported by the Platform Provider. Prices may vary by region and may include platform or local taxes where required.

My Storm Studio reserves the right to change prices for subscriptions or in-app products at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscription periods but may apply at the next renewal after proper notice.

5. Subscriptions: Billing, Renewal, and Management

Subscription billing begins immediately when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each paid period (weekly or monthly) unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings with the Platform Provider.

My Storm Studio cannot directly cancel or refund a subscription for you; this must be done through your Platform Provider.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Where we offer a free trial or promotional period, it will convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. The exact length of any free trial will be shown at the time you sign up.

If a promotional price is offered for an initial period, the subscription will renew at the standard rate once the promotional period ends, unless canceled before renewal.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests for in-app purchases and subscription charges are handled by the Platform Provider. Please contact your Platform Provider to request refunds or to dispute charges.

We cannot directly issue refunds, but we will cooperate with the Platform Provider in resolving valid disputes.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with the Platform Provider or My Storm Studio, we may suspend your account or disable access to paid content, as permitted by law.

9. Account, Device, and Sharing Rules

Purchases and subscriptions are associated with your Platform Provider account. Sharing or reselling paid content is prohibited unless expressly allowed by the Platform Provider (e.g., family sharing).

10. Termination by My Storm Studio

We may suspend or terminate subscriptions if we detect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Refunds may be offered if termination is our fault or required by law.

11. Changes to Content and Service Availability

We may add, modify, or remove in-app products, subscription plans, or features at any time. If a change reduces your access to paid content, we will provide notice and, where required, offer a refund or credit.

12. Taxes

Applicable taxes such as VAT, GST, or sales tax may be collected based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at the time of purchase.

13. Parental Controls and Minors

Users under 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases. Parents are responsible for supervising and managing in-app spending.

14. Privacy and Data

Our handling of user data related to purchases and subscriptions is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment details such as full credit card numbers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Storm Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from in-app purchases or subscriptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where My Storm Studio is registered. Disputes will first be handled informally before legal action.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updates take effect when posted in the app or on our website. Material changes will be communicated clearly before renewal or future billing.
